Vision 2020 English - Why is participation important?

Any advance towards bilingualism on a national scale is necessarily a product of national involvement. The degree to which we include society at large in this educational project will determine its success. VISION 2020 will work toward this goal by highlighting key issues, inviting relevant communities and recognized leaders, and giving individuals the power to influence a national conversation that will result in optimized, community-based, solutions.
